WGL water-based glass screen printing ink

1、 Scope of application:
This product is suitable for screen printing and is an ink used for ordinary and tempered glass. Has good adhesion on glass.

2、 Physical characteristics and ink technical parameters
1. High gloss, excellent printability;
2. Good wear resistance, adhesion, boiling resistance, alcohol resistance, and butanone resistance
3. pH value: 8.0 ± 1.

3、 Suggested usage instructions
1. Before using ink, it must be thoroughly stirred and mixed in the same direction as much as possible to avoid introducing too many bubbles;
2. It is recommended to add 10% of specialized curing agent;
3. It is recommended to use 150-200 mesh silk screen mesh;
4. The surface of the substrate must be kept clean, free of dust and oil stains;
5. It is recommended to dry after printing, with a drying temperature of 185-190 ℃. The surface can be dried in 5-10 minutes. If better physical properties are needed and there are no other processes on the surface, it is recommended to bake for more than 12 minutes
